A warm welcome,

I'm Lauren and I've been a psychologist for 15 years.

Having a baby is such a big thing.

The parenthood journey – from pre-conception to pregnancy and birth, through postpartum, the early years and beyond, can be so joyful, incredibly hard, and everything in between.

I am passionate about working with parents to support you and your wellbeing, wherever you are on this path.

My approach is warm, down to earth, and non-judgemental. I have compassion for the challenges you are encountering, along with a deep appreciation for the messiness of everyday parenting.

I offer you a safe and supportive environment to reflect on your experiences and help you move towards what matters to you.

I am a mother of two, a reader, a writer and a lover of spending time in nature.

As a psychologist of 15 years, my work has spanned various settings including schools and private practice.

It was my own entry into motherhood that shifted my focus to supporting parents navigating the perinatal period and beyond.
